Who are we
Combined, we bring over 30 years of experience in matching individuals and organizations at mid and senior levels. Over the course of these years, we have interacted with more than 2,000 experienced professionals, providing customized solutions in the specialized niches we focus on. We serviced a wide array of companies, spanning from start-ups and SMEs to multinational corporations.
A natural interest for helping people and organisations! Building long term and meaningful relations with both candidates and a curiosity to learn more about how organisations and people evolve is what drives me to raise the bar every day and deliver an excellent customer experience. The changing landscape, the need to see other organisations as partner and not as competitors has convinced me to start my new chapter and next to my passion become a community enabler for people and organisations.
During my professional career both within and outside the recruitment industry, I have come to realize that my true passion lies in working within a people-oriented business.
Collaborating with both clients and candidates to provide the most suitable solutions brings me immense joy. I am enthusiastic about getting to know new companies, understanding their challenges, and closely monitoring their evolution over the years.
When I started in the recruitment industry, a mentor explained me that a skilled consultant – regardless of their experience – experiences a certain spark each time they successfully pair the right candidate with the perfect opportunity. Now, reflecting on all these years, I can confidently affirm that it is precisely that spark that fuels my love for my job.
I’m very excited to embark on this new adventure and I’m looking forward to reconnect with former contacts and to connect with new people on the market.
